All domestic orders ship USPS. We package our orders extremely well, but we cannot be held responsible for USPS mistakes during transit.
However, if an album is completely unplayable due to damage by USPS we will do our best to replace the item or refund. Orders will ship promptly unless stated otherwise. Please do allow though up to 2 weeks for your order to fully arrive.
All orders final. We do not accept returns or cancellations.
Any and all customs/import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we will not combine seprate orders unless you contact us.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address that the buyer provided. That buyer is responsible for paying for the package to be redelivered to the correct address. If buyer refuses, their order will be refunded MINUS the postage cost.
