All domestic orders ship USPS. We package our orders extremely well, but we cannot be held responsible for USPS mistakes during transit. 

However, if an album is completely unplayable due to damage by USPS we will do our best to replace the item or refund. Orders will ship promptly unless stated otherwise. Please do allow though up to 2 weeks for your order to fully arrive.

Packages $250 or more are automatically insured at no extra cost. 

All orders final. We do not accept returns or cancellations.

Any and all customs/import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
